Morning Yoga

6.30am - 7.30am - an energising morning practice

Followed by Kola Kanda - a local health drink

 

Afternoon Yoga

4.30pm - 5.45pm - a slow flow class focussing on longer holds and deep stretches

Followed by an optional guided meditation

ALL CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR BEGINNER TO ADVANCED STUDENTS

Yoga Nidra (loosely translates to 'conscious deep sleep' = deep relaxation technique that moves the body out of its sympathetic nervous system (the “flight or fight” state) and into its parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” state, where the body begins to heal and regenerate))
