An energising morning practice stringing together elements of dynamic vinyasa flow, fascial conditioning and pranayama. 7.00 - 8.00am - class start time flexible
Deep flow class incorporating vinyasa and yin yoga, meditation, and myofascial release techniques to release contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles

Yoga nidra, translating to “yogic sleep” is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation that leads you between the state of sleep and consciousness. Yoga nidra moves the body out of its sympathetic nervous system (the “flight or fight” state) and into its parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” state, where the body begins to heal and regenerate) 8.30 - 9.00pm.
